As it became known to PhV, the pharmacy chain from the city of Penza Aptechny Dom passed under the control of the group of companies Erkapharm.
According to the analytical company AlphaRM, Pharmacy House is represented by nine pharmacy points in Penza. The pharmacy chain’s revenue amounted to 9.9 million rubles in July 2017. The chain grew by 5.39% compared to the same period of the last year.
As we remember, in this July Erkapharm announced the acquisition of a joint pharmacy network (OSA) Rainbow-Pervaya Pomosch-Ladushka, that was owned by Rosta. As the general director of Erkapharm Anastasia Karpova pointed out, it is planned to complete the deal by the end of this year.
It is worth noting that after Erkapharm made new acquisitions market experts assigned it to the third position in the all-Russian pharmacy rating in terms of the market share, after ASNA and Rigla. Additional acquisitions can bring this pharmacy chain to the second position.
